Allow site level users to edit participant name [Setting]

This setting controls whether to allow or restrict site-level users from editing participant names after initial enrollment.
  • If this box is checked, then site level users can edit the participant name.
  • If this box is unchecked, then site level users can add a participant name when adding a new participant, but cannot edit the name after that.

To use this setting:

  • Login as a sponsor admin.
  • Click on the green button for Setup.
  • Click on Sponsor Setup.
  • Scroll down to the checkbox labeled Allow site level users to edit participant name.
  • Make your selection.
  • Scroll to the bottom and click the green Save button.
