View calendar of field trips, closures and holidays [Feature]
This feature allows users to view all-site closure and ARAM release days (sponsor-level) and closures, holidays and field trips (site-level) in a calendar interface that also includes the ability to quick-add closures from the calendar view.
To use this feature at the sponsor level:
- Login as a sponsor admin.
- Click the green Setup button.
- Click on All-Site Closures or School Release Dates button.
- The calendar will default to the current month and year.
- Select the month.
- Select the year.
- The calendar will show all-site closures or school release dates that have already been added.
- You can click on any event to see details or make edits.
- If you scroll over any open date, an option appears to either + Single Day or + Multiple Day event right from the calendar.

- Click on Field Trips, Closures or School Release Days on the main dashboard.
- The calendar will default to the current month and year.
- Select the month.
- Select the year.
- The calendar will show all field trips, closures or school release dates that have already been added.
- You can click on any event to see details or make edits.
- If you scroll over any open date, an option appears to either + Single Day or + Multiple Day event right from the calendar.
Note: you can toggle the calendar view on and off with the blue toggle button in the upper right hand corner.
