Claim Deadline (day of the month) [Setting]

This setting controls the display of the Status Icon on the main site dashboard for Claim Status. This defaults to be yellow for the first four days of the month and then red starting on day 5. Sponsors can now configure which day the alert turns red.
  • If you change the number to any day between 1 and 28, that is the day when the icon will turn red.
  • If you do nothing, the icon will continue to turn red on the 5th.

To use this setting:

  • Login as a Sponsor Admin.
  • Click on the green button for Setup.
    • Click on Sponsor Setup.
    • Scroll down to the field labeled Claim Deadline (day of the month).
    • The default is set to 5 (5th of the month).
    • You can enter any day between 1 and 28.
    • Scroll to the bottom and click the green Save button.
