Disallow Temperatures Outside of Range
This setting controls the claim error Meal Temperatures Out of Range.
If this box is checked:
- Meals that are outside of the safe range will be disallowed with the error Meal Temperatures Out of Range
If this box is not checked:
- Meals will not be disallowed if they are outside of the safe temperature range
To manage this setting for a single site:
- Login as a Sponsor Admin user
- Click on "Site Details" from the main site dashboard
- Scroll down to the section "Food Temperature Settings"
- Check the box to "Disallow Temperatures Outside of Range"
- If you don't see the box, make sure that food temperatures are enabled
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save
To manage this setting for multiple sites:
- Login as a Sponsor Admin
- Click on the Setup tab
- Click on Manage Site Configurations
- In the upper-right corner, select the center or sites for which you want to change the setting.
- Check the following two boxes:
- In the left column, select the box for Disallow Temperatures Outside of Range
- In the right column, select the check box so that the system knows this is the setting you want to change
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the button to Apply checked fields to selected sites
To change the default for this setting for NEW centers or sites:
- Login as a Sponsor Admin
- Click on the Setup tab
- Click on Manage Site Configurations
- Check the box for Disallow Temperatures Outside of Range
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Save Configuration for future sites
