Edit Alternate Schedule [Feature]

This feature allows users to create an alternate schedule for a participant. The alternate schedule is applied on days designated as school release or summer day.

To use this feature:

  • Click on Participants & Rosters from the main site dashboard

    • Click on the name of the participant
    • Click on Edit Alternate Schedule button
      • No button? This means that your sponsor has not turned on the feature to track school day and non-school day schedules.

    • Enter the schedule to be used for days marked as school release or summer days
      • Enter the start and end time for when the participant is in care.
      • Select the days of the week and typical meals eaten on a day when school is in not in session
      • If a participant leaves during the day and then returns or their schedule varies according to the day of the week, click the blue Add button to create another set of in/out times and meals.
      • You can copy the school day schedule to the alternate schedule by clicking Copy Regular Schedule
      • You can populate the alternate schedule with the hours, days and meals to match the operating hours of the provider, center or site by clicking Match Facility Schedule.
    • Click Save
