How it Gets Triggered

In Site Details:

  1. The site is required to do in/out times for attendance. 
  2. Meal with a missing "time out" are set to be disallowed.

On the attendance screen:
An out time is missing for a participant.

How to Get Details

Disallowed Meals Report will list the participants with missing times. You can also view the attendance screen and will see a blank box where the out time is supposed to be.

What to Do Next

Add the missing out time for the participant or remove the error check for missing "time out".
