Prevent Claim Submission if Facility License is Missing or Expired

This setting controls whether centers, sites or providers can submit their claim to their sponsor if their facility license is missing or expired.


If this box is checked:

  • Centers, providers or sites that have a missing or expired facility license will receive an error when they click "Submit to Sponsor" alerting them that their facility license needs to be sent into the sponsor.


If this box is checked:

  • Centers, providers or sites with a missing or expired facility license will be able to submit their claim to their sponsor.

To change this setting:

  • Click on Site Details from the main site dashboard.
  • Scroll down to the section for "Claim Settings"
  • Make your selection on the checkbox
  • Scroll down to the bottom or scroll up to the top of the page and click the green Save button.
  • The Facility License Report will provide you with information on the current Facility License for your centers, sites or providers.
  • The status of this setting for all centers, sites and providers is in the Site Export Report
