Display Program Adult Headcount on Meal Count by Name Page

Federal regulations for the CACFP require that centers or sites “must maintain daily records of time of service meal counts by type (breakfast, lunch, supper, and snacks) served to enrolled children, and to adults performing labor necessary to the food service.”
This setting in My Food Program controls whether centers or sites doing meal count by name for enrolled participants are also able to record a headcount for Meals Served to Program Adults to meet the above requirement.

To change this setting for a single center or site:
- Click on Site Details from the main site dashboard.

- Scroll down to Attendance & Meal Count Settings.
- Check the box labeled "Display Program Adult Headcount on Meal Count by Name Page"

- Scroll to the top or bottom of the page and click the green Save button
To change this setting for multiple centers or sites:
- Login as a Sponsor Admin
- Click on the Setup tab

- Click on Manage Site Configurations

- In the upper-right corner, select the center or sites for which you want to change the setting
- In the policy list on the left column, select the box for Display Program Adult Headcount on Meal Count by Name Page

- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the green button to Apply checked fields to selected sites

To change the default for this setting for new centers or sites:
- Login as a Sponsor Admin
- Click on the Setup tab

- Click on the “Manage Site Configurations” button.

- In the policy list on the left column, select the box for Display Program Adult Headcount on Meal Count by Name Page

- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the green button to Save Configuration for future sites.

Once this setting is turned on, the Adult Headcount will be displayed on the Meal Count page:
