Put a Claim on Hold

A hold on a claim will prevent the system from creating a claim if you do not want to make one, even if the provider or center has submitted their attendance, meal counts and menus for the month.

• Click on “Process Claim” on the main dashboard.

• Select the month/year of the claim and click the orange “Create Hold” button.
