Warning: These Participants Were Checked In For The Day But Were Not Marked For Any Meals [Feature]
This feature allows users to view a list of participants that were checked in for attendance for the day but not checked in for any meals.
These are not errors since it is possible for a participant to attend a facility and not eat a meal, so this list is provided as a courtesy.
To use this feature:
- Click on Check for Errors or Submit to Sponsor on the main dashboard
- Select the month and year and click Load
- At the bottom of the Meal Errors section will be a list titled Warning: These Participants Were Checked In For The Day But Were Not Marked For Any Meals
- The list will contain any participants that were marked present for the day but have no recorded meal counts.
- If you are using headcount meal counts, we do not know which participants attended a meal and therefore cannot perform this cross-check.
