How to Check Your Claim Amount

Providers and centers can see their expected claim amounts after a claim is created by the sponsor.
  • Click on "Check for Errors or Submit to Sponsor" from the main dashboard.
  • Clicking this button will open a calendar where you can select the month and year and click "Load".
  • The reimbursement estimate from My Food Program will be
    displayed on the Check for Errors or Submit to Sponsor screen (1).
  • The columns for “Claim Sent to State” and “Payment Expected” can be filled in using our Mark Claim as Submitted to State feature. If the claim is included in a submission and that submission has a payment expected date, then the screen will look like (2) below.

You can also run the Claim Summary Report to get your estimated claim amount.
