Resubmit with Sponsor Changes (Sponsor-Level)

Performing a Resubmit lets the system know that the sponsor has updated the data since the provider or center clicked "Submit to Sponsor" that should be included in the claim.

  • Login as a Sponsor Admin user. This will take you to the main sponsor dashboard.
  • On the main sponsor dashboard, click on the Claims tab. This will take you to the screen to select the claims process.

  • Click on View/Create Claims to bring up the Claims Overview Screen.
  • Click the green button labeled "Resubmit with Sponsor Changes".
  • Select specific sites or select all.
  • Click the green "Create Tasks" button.
