View Claims [Feature]

This feature allows users to view an overview of their claims.

- Login as a Sponsor User. This will take you to the Sponsor Dashboard.
- On the Sponsor Dashboard click on Claims. This will take you a screen to select the claim process.

- Click on View/Create Claims.

- You will see a Data Grid of all of your sites with the ability to
- Show or hide columns
- Rearrange column order
- Sort, filter, and
- Download the current screen view.
- The system will default to the current month.
- Use the date picker in the upper-right corner to select a different month if necessary.

Att & Meal Counts
- Red Exclamation Mark Symbol if no attendance or meal counts have been entered for the month
- Green Checkbox Symbol if attendance and meal counts have been entered for the month
- Brown M symbol if it is a manual claim site
Site Submitted to Sponsor
- Red Exclamation Mark Symbol if the site still needs to submit their attendance and meal counts to sponsor
- Green Checkbox Symbol if the site has submitted their attendance and meal counts (along with date/time stamp)
- Brown M Symbol if it is a manual claim
On Hold
- Y for sites on hold
- N for sites not on hold
Claim Errors
- Red Exclamation Mark Symbol if there are claim errors
- Green Checkbox Symbol if no claim claim errors
Milk Audit
Note: this column is visible only for sponsors that require a milk audit before claims creation
- Red Exclamation Mark Symbol if milk audit is not completed
- Green Checkbox Symbol if milk audit is completed
Claims
There is a column for each of the available claim types:
- CACFP Standard
- CACFP Preschool
- CACFP School Age
- ARAM
- Head Start
- SFSP
If a claim has been created, then this column has a date/time stamp. If you have created claims in bulk and any of the sites did NOT have a claim created, there will be a note with the reason why claim creation was skipped.
These sites have zero dollar claims for this month
There is an alert that provides a warning if there is a claim in which there are no payable meals at all, which we call zero dollar claims. Those are listed here.
