Allow Site-Level Users to Enter Hourly Wages

My Food Program will automatically take staff hours worked and multiply them by the staff person's hourly wage and credit those expenses toward the documentation of a nonprofit meal service.


Check this box if

  • you want the center manager/director to be able to enter and manage staff hourly rates


Leave this box unchecked if:

  • you want to verify the hourly rate based on payroll verification and ensure those rates are not edited by sites
  • you do not want to track staffing expenses using My Food Program


Note: this policy does not apply to sponsors of family day care homes.
