Allow Attendance and Meal Counts from Child Care Management Software for Days in the Past Allow Participant Status “Incomplete” Allow Participant Status “Pending” Allow Participant to Have Inactive Status on a Day They Were in Attendance Allow Sites to Override Disallow for Meals Not Listed on Enrollment Form

Do not allow site-level users to print pre-filled forms unless infant information entered [Setting]

This setting controls whether site-level users are able to print pre-filled forms if infant information is missing. 

  • If this box is checked, forms can be printed only if the infant information is completed.
  • If this box is unchecked, forms can be printed without the infant information being completed.

To use this setting: 

  • Login as a Sponsor Admin.
  • Click on the green button for Setup.
    • Click on Sponsor Setup.
    • Scroll down to the checkbox labeled Do not allow site-level users to print pre-filled forms unless infant information entered.
    • Make your selection.
    • Scroll to the bottom and click the green Save button.
