Meal does not meet 2016 meal pattern (Juice)
This error code indicates that meal(s) are being removed from the claim
because they include Juice more than once per day.
How it Gets Triggered
Site Details are configured to validate menus and a meal or snack does not meet the meal pattern requirements because it has juice more than once per day. Please note: the only way this error can get triggered is if the site is allowed to enter partial menus.
How to Get Details
The Disallowed Meals Report will list the participants with this error. For this error, we recommend that you run the Summary version of the report.
What the Provider or Center Can Do
Correct any menu entry errors.
What the Sponsor Can Do
- Turn off meal validation entirely
- If the claim is already created and you want to override this error and include the meals in the claim for reimbursement, you can create a manual claim adjustment.
