Program type is not valid
How it Gets Triggered
A participant was checked in for a meal for a certain program type and that type is no longer valid.
For example, a participant is checked in for a CACFP Standard meal on March 15th but afterwards the participant's program type is that their eligibility for CACFP Standard program type ended on 3/14

How to Get Details
The Disallowed Meals Report will list the participants with this error. For this error, we recommend that you run the Summary version of the report.
What the Provider or Center Can Do
Remove the meal attendance OR adjust the "End Date" of the participant program type.
What the Sponsor Can Do
- Adjust the site program type dates
- If the claim is already created and you want to override this error and include the meals in the claim for reimbursement, you can create a manual claim adjustment. Warning: if you override the error and include the meal counts in the claim, your claim reports will not match because the reports will exclude participants that are inactive and so these meal counts will not be displayed on the reports even though they are included in the claim.
