URL for Field Trip Form [Setting]

The setting controls whether a website URL will be displayed on the page when users record a Field Trip. This is most useful for sponsors that have an external form or approval system for field trips.
  • If a website URL is entered, it will appear on the Field Trip page as a hyperlink labeled “Click here to complete the field trip form”.
  • If this is blank, nothing will appear on the Field Trip page.

To use this setting:

  • Login as a Sponsor Admin.
  • Click on the green button for Setup.
  • Click on Sponsor Setup.
  • Scroll down to the field labeled URL for Field Trip Form.
  • Enter the full website URL that you would like to link to.
    • Note: the URL will appear on the Field Trip page as a hyperlink labeled “Click here to complete the field trip form”.
  • Scroll to the bottom and click the green Save button.
