Participant was in Attendance for Less than 15 Minutes of a Meal or Snack
This feature is for sponsors that use time in/time out attendance and will identify participants that are not present for at least 15 minutes of a meal time.
How this Error Gets Triggered
- The checkbox in Site Details "Disallow if Participant is in Attendance for Less than 15 Minutes of a Meal or Snack" is checked.
- A participant is clocked in for less than 15 minutes of a meal time.
(For example, if breakfast is from 8:00am - 8:30am; and they clock in at 8:16pm or later, the meal is disallowed)
What the Center, Site or Provider Can Do to Resolve this Error
- Confirm the times of attendance for participant
What the Sponsor Can Do to Resolve this Error
- Confirm the times of attendance
- Uncheck the box in Site Details "Disallow if Participant is in Attendance for Less than 15 Minutes of a Meal or Snack"
- If you want this error to be triggered, then you need to check the box in Site Details titled "Disallow if Participant is in Attendance for Less than 15 Minutes of a Meal or Snack"
- This error is most helpful to sponsors who use Time In/Time Out Attendance.
