Apply enrollment date to status and program [Setting]

• If this box is checked, then when the first enrollment form is added for a participant, we adjust the participant start date and program type(s) dates to match the enrollment effective date
• If this box is unchecked, then the enrollment form effective date, participant start date and program type(s) effective dates all work independently.

To use this setting: 

• Login as a Sponsor Admin.
• Click on the green button for Setup.

• Click on Sponsor Setup.

• Scroll down to the checkbox labeled Apply enrollment date to status and program.
• Make your selection.

• Scroll to the bottom and click the green Save button.

• Add Multiple Enrollment Forms [Feature]

• Enrollment Form Effective Date Policy [Setting]
• Enrollment Form Expiration Date Policy [Setting]
• Set Participants to Pending when Enrollment Expires [Setting]
• Enrollment Form Errors [Setting]

• Enrollment Create Date [Report - Sponsor Version]
• Bulk Enrollment Form [Report - Sponsor Version]
• Bulk Enrollment Form [Report - Site Version]
