Set a User as the Primary Contact for Site

This feature allows sponsors or sites to track the primary person responsible for CACFP recordkeeping at the facility.


The following reports will populate with the signature for the Primary Contact for Site if the checkbox is enabled to Apply Electronic Signature to Meal Count Forms After Claim is Submitted.

  1. Daily Meal Count with Attendance Report
  2. Daily Meal Count and Attendance Record At-Risk (H1535-AT)
  3. Weekly Meal Count with Attendance Report
  4. Monthly Meal Count with Attendance Report
  5. Daily Meal Count Tally Report
  6. Time Distribution Report (as "Authorized Signature")
  7. Staff Hours Detail Report (as "Authorized Signature")
  8. Meal Count and Menu Claim Documentation

To use this feature:

  • Click on "Users" or “Staff” on the main dashboard
  • Click on the name of the user
  • Make your selection for the Primary Contact for Site
  • Click Save
